PREVIEW SCHEDULES NOW:
SPRING SERVICE SCHEDULE HIGHLIGHTS:
- VelociRFTA BRT will operate seven days a week with adjusted schedules for the offseason.
- Local Valley service will operate seven days a week and have reduced service on Sundays.
- Hogback daily service will increase between Glenwood Springs and New Castle.
- Ride Glenwood Springs service will remain unchanged.
- Carbondale Circulator will operate every 15 minutes from 5:02am to 9:16pm daily.
- Woody Creek service will discontinue until May 31, 2026.
- Snowmass Village shuttles from Brush Creek Park & Ride will be adjusted for the offseason.
- City of Aspen routes will operate on a reduced schedule:
- Monday-Saturday: 7am – 12am.
- Sundays: 9am – 9pm.
- Burlingame service is daily: 6:35am – 12:20am
- City of Aspen’s Crosstown & Galena shuttle service will discontinue. The Cross Town Shuttle will return on June 1, 2026.
Bike Loading on RFTA Buses
Bike racks on RFTA buses are now open for the season, making it easy to combine biking and transit. Bike loading is available daily from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM through mid-November.New for 2026: We have expanded our bike loading stops! Riding and rolling is easier than ever, now that bike loading is available at all stops serviced by these regional routes:
- Roaring Fork Valley Local (L)
- VelociRFTA Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
- Hogback (HGB)
- Snowmass Aspen (SM)
- Snowmass Valley (SMV)
There is no fee to load your bike. Racks are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If racks are full, you can lock your bike at the stop, ride to your destination, or wait for the next bus.
