ADA

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, RFTA makes accommodation for persons with disabilities who wish to use any of their services. These include but are not limited to wheelchair accessible ramps or lifts on all buses, low-floor, kneeling buses, audio and visual on board bus stop announcements, schedule information is available in large print and audio tape, TTY (test Telephone) users may call Colorado Relay at 1-800-659-3656.

ADA COMPLAINT FORMS AND PROCESS INFORMATION

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against regarding his/her disability, has a right to file a formal complaint with RFTA. To file a complaint, complete the ADA Discrimination Complaint Form and submit to Nicole Schoon, Regulatory Compliance Officer, within one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged occurrence. Individuals may also file complaints directly with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and/or the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
