VelociRFTA Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is the first rural bus rapid transit system in the nation, and it is here in the Roaring Fork Valley to make your commute better than ever. Travel to/from Aspen and Glenwood Springs in about one hour – that’s the same as a car! During our peak commuter times the bus comes every 12 minutes or less.
Destination Signs: VelociRFTA BRT buses are designated with a “BRT ASPEN” destination sign for buses traveling upvalley or “BRT GLENWOOD” destination sign for buses traveling downvalley. Destination signs indicate the furthest destination served.
