VelociRFTA Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) - Upvalley & Downvalley Commuter Bus Service
VelociRFTA Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is the first rural bus rapid transit system in the nation. Travel to/from Aspen and Glenwood Springs in about one hour – that’s the same as a car! During our peak commuter times the bus comes every 12 minutes or less.
Destination Signs: VelociRFTA BRT buses are designated with a “BRT ASPEN” destination sign for buses traveling upvalley or “BRT GLENWOOD” destination sign for buses traveling downvalley. Destination signs indicate the furthest destination served.
