What if my bus pass becomes defective or expired in the fare box, but it still has value on it?

There are two ways to get your bus pass exchanged – in person at one of two locations listed below during business hours or send your bus pass in the mail for replacement.


Please bring the defective bus pass with you when requesting a replacement in person to:
