Paratransit 

     Seniors and disabled individuals unable to use regular bus service may be eligible for ADA Paratransit service within the city limits of Aspen and Glenwood Spring. This program is provided under the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This program is open to those who have disabilities in these categories:

  1. Persons unable to board, ride or exit a wheelchair lift equipped bus.

  2. Persons who do not have access to an RFTA bus with a wheelchair lift.

  3. Persons whose disability does not allow them to travel to and from the stop.

Qualifying for Paratransit 

    To qualify to ride Paratransit a certification is necessary. The forms needed to qualify can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format by clicking here.

Pitkin County Senior Van

     Pitkin County Senior Services runs a lunch program each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. RFTA vans provide transportation to lunch at theSenior Van Pitkin County Senior Services Building. To make arrangements or for more information call (970) 920-5432.
