Housing, Wages and Benefits 

Following is a list of benefits available to all Seasonal Bus Operators:

• Starting wage for newly hired Seasonal Drivers is currently $15.77 per hour for non-CDL drivers and 16.13 for CDL drivers . Performance evaluations are used as a guide in placing people in the wage scale and are given to Seasonal Drivers at the end of each winter and summer season.

• RFTA offers an unlimited, four mountain ski pass to all employees with Full Time Seasonal status. Those employees with Part Time Seasonal status are not eligible for a ski pass.
• Overtime is frequently available.
• Family bus pass.
