CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Excellent career opportunity to join Colorado’s second largest public transportation authority. The successful candidate will provide support to RFTA Director of Facilities and RFTA’s Project Manager through all phases of construction projects. The construction manager will manage the construction team throughout the design and construction phases for capital projects that will range from small to multi-million dollar projects. Duties will include but not be limited to permitting, procurement, budgeting, programming, reporting and grants management; interacting with local, state, federal government and agencies as well as contractors and subcontractors.

Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building or construction sciences, civil engineering or a related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred. Other requirements include 10 years of work experience in the construction industry, 5 years in management of construction projects, 3 years in management of construction projects with budgets exceeding $1 million and a valid Co.
