Lost and Found

    Lost and Found items can be found in two locations. The first step is to call (970) 925-8484 or stop by the Rubey Park Transit Center on the 400 block of Durant in Aspen. Items can many times be  recovered by calling as soon as possible. If an item has been lost for more than a few hours it may be at the Aspen Bus Maintenance Facility. To contact the BMF call (970)925-4482. 

When contacting Lost and Found please be prepared to give the following information:

• Description of article lost

• The route the bus was on

• The time you were on the bus

• Where you were seated on the bus

• The bus number

     RFTA will make all necessary efforts to locate your lost items but takes no responsibility for finding them. Found items are kept for 30 days. Please takes a second before departing the bus to make sure you have all you items.
