RFTA offers a variety of different benefits for all of our employees. All full time workers get a free four mountain ski pass; and free bus passes for your family. In addition to this full time seasonal workers get a stipend to go towards health care. We work very hard to help you out with employee housing. A variety of bonuses are available to our seasonal employees. Overtime is frequently available.
Full time year-round employees get a generous health benefit that includes medical, dental and vision insurance and a stipend for their medical flex account. Additionally assistance is given to employees who have worked for RFTA for two years or more in the form of down payment assistance.
Starting wage for newly hired Seasonal Drivers is currently $16.82 per hour for non-CDL drivers and $17.00 for CDL drivers. Performance evaluations are used as a guide in placing people in the wage scale and are given to Seasonal Drivers at the end of each winter and summer season.
